Does anybody have photos from the Elements looking to the Arte+ site? Just wonder how close is the Arte+ from the Elements?

seriously? and owners looking to sell at 1400psf? ..wah lagi got elements 2 and Arte to compete with..
not an easy market over there .

Told me the same thing. When I dig deeper, cheapest unit is 900/sqft after disc.

1. Have your bank disburse all the loan to the developer that you start your monthly installment?

Annyeonghaseyo, some bigger unit sell as low as 350 psft
besides, u still can snap korean meimei at One Ampang

When the shopping center at M-city opened, Pavillion mall no.2 being build, MRT circle line finishes....hmmm probably till 2020, it'll being really enjoyable to live in the elements...can't wait till that day.
