can get better deals from secondary market..and in better location ie along jalan ampang eg.
sucasa is nearer to KLCC..with access to LRT at Damai

seriously? and owners looking to sell at 1400psf? ..wah lagi got elements 2 and Arte to compete with..
not an easy market over there .

Told me the same thing. When I dig deeper, cheapest unit is 900/sqft after disc.

one ampang avenue. lelong 1000+sf unit for rm400k only. rental below rm2psf.
subsale lower than rm400psf.
location in korean village.
mainly south korean pipu stay there.

location quite near element.

Until now, no sub-sales have being done yet. This is the first luxury project in this 'hulu' ampang-hillir to test market in sub-sales and rental market. If it didn't do well,
then it'll surely burst Arte+ first, they have a lot of balance bulk sales pending to return to them. If they managed to achieve sales as the empang did, it'll been as amaze as their futurize design.

When the shopping center at M-city opened, Pavillion mall no.2 being build, MRT circle line finishes....hmmm probably till 2020, it'll being really enjoyable to live in the elements...can't wait till that day.

Thank you so much. Has anyone started furnishing the unit? Where do people buy the lightings from in KL and does the shop do the installation too? Sorry I am a foreigner and will go to KL next month to take possesion of the unit.
