I think Elements still has it's potential, so many developers squeeze at this small piece of land, one reason is the future MRT, another reason is within 5km radius from KLCC is getting harder n harder to come by....just my two cents worth.

looks like my strategy is correct. Thats why I bought those with no view at all. haha

Went there today to accompany a friend to collect key @ block a..many defects found, workmanship is not good.

And arte ampang is too near, noisy and dusty. The sale girl that help for key collection also show us the land for elements 2, it will be leasehold.

2700mm (H) to low-beam
3200mm (H) to ceiling

Count me in. Went to collect keys and had to reject delivery as just too many defects to list down..
Windows cannot lock..
Tiles cracked
Door cannot close
Water leakage from the pipes
Water ponding

CEO says buyer will be surprised by the quality of the finishing.. Yes, I am surprised but not in a good way. 

From what I can see the development now and future.

On going project:

2.) Arte+

Coming project:
1.) Risda re-development
2.) Ampang City Plaza re-development
3.) Elements 2

Rumor:
1.) MRT circle line (station said to be at Ampang Point)
2.) Pavillion 2 at Flamingo Hotel and Resort

Potential project:
1.) The land infront of Arte+

So, I foresee this area gonna be very busy within the next 10 years.

What you think if you want to stay in an area full of construction? or buying a sub-sale in this area?

To me, not now... but after everything completed, that could be a totally different story.

(There are more on-going and coming projects along Jalan Ampang, all are selling much expensive PSF price compare to Elements.)

What I like most about Elements are:
1.) Freehold
2.) Residential title
3.) It is closed to but next to the heavy noisy dusty Jalan Ampang, MRR2 and AKLEH.
