Did anyone with a 1mbps package go from 800kbps dl speed to 1400+ kbps speed in the last few months? My router used to show 1024up/512down but now it show 4096up/1024down.

You can now upgrade to 4 Mbps :-)

erm .. 1024down .. how to upgrade to 4mbps ..

i just upgraded my connection to 1mb one week ago.. yeap.. i get the dl 1.64 mb everytime i use speed test...since i have frequent disconnection, i keep calling up streamyx... open report close report open again close again for one week... !

just now i check back .. no disconnection d.. and i use speed test... apparently the miscapped me to 2mb connection ...

so now i check again is back to 800mb dl from speed test..

IM STAYING IN A RURAL AREA.. I HAVE REQUESTED FOR A STREAMYX SUBCRIBTION FOR A YEAR AD.. IM WONDERING, IS THERE ANYWAY THEY CAN SPEED UP THEIR UPGRADES? BECAUSE THERES NOT ONLY ME HERE, ITS A BIG NEIGHBOURHOOD, WITH EVEN A SCHOOL NEARBY, AND STILL NO COVERAGE, NO BROADBAND AT ALL.. THIS IS AN OUTRAGE, THERE ARE CUSTOMERS WAITING BUT NO ACTION TAKEN AT ALL.. PLEASE HELP ME, ANY1..

Yes you can upgrade ur line , without activation fee nor installation charge.

what the heck is wrong with streamyx? Everything is slow, for a 1mbps connection, it takes hell forever to even enter a website as simple as google.com , download speed always stuck at 2 kbps and cannot raise, i tried with all the links

so..what's my actual speed(as in the package)?

I often get 1.5mb/s in speedtest.net

hi guys, is there any ways to resolve this wrongly capped speed download/upload? I've been calling tmnet like 3 times in row for past few days but still nothing happened. they ask me to do the flush dns stuff but hell no nothing happened.

umm...hi, i'm using a dlink DIR-300 router. how do i check my upstream and downstream? i strongly believe my speed are wrongly capped.

i payRm110 which is the 1mbps package per month and my max download speed is only 70kbps.

currently using 1Mb line,thinking of upgrading to 4Mb,shah alam area
is it worth upgrading or i just stick with 1Mb connection?

those 1024/512 you saw in the modem , is not ur streamyx speed , that is ur line can support up to 1024/512

mean if you using 512package , you saw 1024/512 but ur speed is only 512/384 ,
just ur line can upgrade to 1024/512 by using 1.0M package

I tried upgrading my package at https://mips.tm.net.my from 512 to 1mbps but keep getting this error:

If possible i would like to do it online because the account is under my aunty's name who doesnt live here anymore. If do it at TM Point, i am sure the procedure will be difficult. Also why does the bill says i'm on "Streamyx G.Lite Home Subscription 88" but i am only charged RM66?

wanna wait how long be progress ??
