i want upgrade my internet but i dont understand. when i check online at https://mips.tm.net.my/SelfCare/TermsAndCon...jsp?upgrade=yes they said there are no plans for upgrade/downgrade.
But in modem i see

so it possible if i go to TM and ask them upgrade my internet? i can only upgrade to 2M or 4M?
and have any different between Streamyx 1.0M (Free Modem) - RM110 (Streamyx Combo) (Wi-Fi @ Home) and Business SOHO 1M ??
