I tried upgrading my package at https://mips.tm.net.my from 512 to 1mbps but keep getting this error:

If possible i would like to do it online because the account is under my aunty's name who doesnt live here anymore. If do it at TM Point, i am sure the procedure will be difficult. Also why does the bill says i'm on "Streamyx G.Lite Home Subscription 88" but i am only charged RM66?
