Is the developer reliable? How much is the selling price for each unit..

Nope bro, i have bought the the developer project before, same developer with Palace Court Kuchai Lama.. Recieved e mail, so just to share:)

Oh bukit segar at this price...wow!

Dont be surprise Nowadays developer appetite getting bigger and bigger, trying to stretch buyer rubber ban.. Sad enough, there are still demand, but location still remain a crucial factor.. The Mark has its unique selling point, as this is the only condo with array of facilities..

We don't need a high end condo at that kind of area. And if ppl bought just because of the facilities, why don't they subscribe to fitness first or whatsoever gym that provide edge swimming pool? I believed is more nicer view+ cheap!
I heard that this project used to name as dunno what tiara, and has been fully booked. But now change name? Someone know about this?

Price estimation 350k onwards...

Today the showhouse half open many auntie/uncle driving harrier / bmw / audi all stopped by the side all like wanna rush in and buy like pasar malam liddat...

350K onwards means this price is smallest unit and for Bumi lot....
I think will be around 400K and above for not bumi lot... Good luck..

Seems not many The Mark investor from LYF.. Perhaps maybe this project mostly cater for those who stay in the Cheras Hartamas, and Bukit Segar.. Btw, i think there is many cash rich residence in this area will interested to buy one for their next generation

This is at Bukit Segar Cheras right? The one quite deep inside but the price is truly unbelievable...LOL. Wonder who will buy this one and good luck to the potential buyers.

i cant imagine the amount of JAM when THE MARK is fully occupied..
now haven't even built is already jam until till top(bukit segar jaya phase1)

I don't think ppl who stay around there will buy for future generation. Resident around the area even protested for this project. But no action taken and the gov approved the project just like that because.....(p&c).

Concept and design are quite convincing..
but whether the below retails and office will successful?

Not launching yet. But u can always visit to their showroom in jalan Robson, same showroom with Palace Court by BHL

Officially launched today...bought a 617sf unit at ard 350k, fully furnished. The developer offered a 7% early bird discount today and tomorrow...
