pricing guess would be at 570psf for small units & 470 for bigger units ??

Dont be surprise smile.gif Nowadays developer appetite getting bigger and bigger, trying to stretch buyer rubber ban.. Sad enough, there are still demand, but location still remain a crucial factor.. The Mark has its unique selling point, as this is the only condo with array of facilities..
