Been there.. 600 sq is not very worth if for investment due to only single room... Maintenance fee is sucking blood 33 cents... There will be 200 bucks for this small unit.. How much to rent out only able to cover the bank loan interest and monthly maintenance?

don't think it's good for rental market in that deep inside area, i think mainly buy for own stay, the most attractive is owner will only need to bring luggage when move in.

I also went there. The show unit workmanship is >.< . Dont know the workmanship in future for The Mark......

The 1166 sqft brochure layout and show unit is different especially the Master Bedroom & Master Bath. With Bathtub in brochure but show unit remove out.

Added on August 9, 2012, 9:25 amWanted to bring a friend to see the show unit but was told that only left 6 units of the 600 sq ft and the best part is the show room at site no longer open...and if interested, go to their HQ office at Jln Robson

Asked when the show room will be open, and was told wait for the launch of the next block ohmy.gif ohmy.gif

Can 600 sq ft rent for RM1,500 in this part?

This may not be the right place to post question but I have been searching, can't find a forum pointing to these 4 storey shop lot opposite the mark. Intend to buy but with many questions

What do you think? Offcoz it is difficult (Kind of impossible to me in this area)... This is why 600 sq ft units are still many available during the launch. 1.5K rental only possible for at least 2 or 3 rooms condo with size 1000 to 1200 sq feet.. Again, my 2 c nia..

When was the VP of the shoplots? Currently very empty except for 99 Speedmart

Is the developer also BHL?

Will tenants prefer to rent at Taman Segar or at shops near Econsave instead?

Just wondering if there is no investment potential, why still so many takers, unless as what the SA said, many rich man from nearby bought for their children or as holiday home cool2.gif

the showroom in cheras does not open till new block opens? if i'd like to go and view tomorrow.. i need to go HQ at jalan robson ? may i know what's the operating time please?
