The construction progress damn slow.. =(

I've vested in this condo for own stay... I don't think there will be any High Tension Wires as the ones at Connaught have been fully completed...

IF there are any, should be visible by now..

Construction sibeh slow... Waited almost 2 years just for this?

I have 3 units here... (family one) and one for my own stay...

Btw.. there's confirmed no high tension wires passing by there because the main ones are passing through bukit hartamas instead to balakong area... (Already Up)

You can see it clearly from connaught highway..

According to the website.. the completion date should be end next year 2015 but the progress is slower then turtle...

Good to see some updates for this property..

I stay at those 3 story houses besides the mark... So I can be the first to update u guys in case of anything hehe..

And a bit good news... the road down there where the forest reserve there has been expanded into 2 lanes now into both sides..

Hope this clears up the traffic during peak hours..

Hi ashley... I'm staying on 13A to phase 1... Type C 833sq feet too... We might be neighbors lol..

My other units are type a (my brother) and another type C block b (my sister)

It's up to the 7th floor... seems like 1-6 is the shop lots... just finished with the first/second condo floor..

Here's a pic of what I meant... I pass by there everyday so I'll post updates now and then for this project..

I'm guessing the bigger gaps those are for shops lots so it's probably considered 1-6 floors?

Hi Sam, it's impossible to finish by december... construction is slow like snail.. Check out their other project kl palace also already haven't complete on time..

10000% super late delivery.. yeah at this rate maybe 2017 only can complete.. or once the workers from palace court finished maybe they can move over to the mark to speed up works...
