don say jalan loke yew. the only way out from bukit segar already jam like no one business during peak hour. You can jam from this future project down till the exit from bukit segar. at least half an hour.....

I really do not understand WHY suddenly out of nowhere a condominium like that to/can be build at this kind of places. If lowrise then ok, this one 28-31 storey....siao mehh....dunno wat our local authority doing.
from the bottom of the hill, flat, low cost, then landed property all the way, semi-d, bungalow, terrace, and suddenly POP, high rise CONDOMINIUM...

No offense to everyone, but personally Im hoping this project won't make it. If they change it to low rise max 8 floor, then at least ok abit...I lived very close to this project hence I'm looking forward for a quiet and non congested population area. If this project is successful, the area will from harmony become Che chiong Kai.

True enough. 403 units, if the parking got 800 lot, it is not sufficient. Anyone know how many carpark this project got?

Currently 2 lane road, and i believe it will be 2 lane in the future since there are not much space to wider the road. So, when people double parking at the roadside, and whoever staying after this project, will be a suffer, like me!
Not to say when going out on peak hour during morning. Now already can stuck for half an hour, after this project, 1 hours, along of the stretch downhill @ <2km? Very sad.

We don't need a high end condo at that kind of area. And if ppl bought just because of the facilities, why don't they subscribe to fitness first or whatsoever gym that provide edge swimming pool? I believed is more nicer view+ cheap!
I heard that this project used to name as dunno what tiara, and has been fully booked. But now change name? Someone know about this?

I don't think ppl who stay around there will buy for future generation. Resident around the area even protested for this project. But no action taken and the gov approved the project just like that because.....(p&c).

The exit from taman bukit segar, downhill and if u turn right, u wil be going to leisure mall/jalan cheras. While if u turn left, u wil be going to kajang highway
