350K onwards means this price is smallest unit and for Bumi lot....
I think will be around 400K and above for not bumi lot... Good luck..

Been there.. 600 sq is not very worth if for investment due to only single room... Maintenance fee is sucking blood 33 cents... There will be 200 bucks for this small unit.. How much to rent out only able to cover the bank loan interest and monthly maintenance?

What do you think? Offcoz it is difficult (Kind of impossible to me in this area)... This is why 600 sq ft units are still many available during the launch. 1.5K rental only possible for at least 2 or 3 rooms condo with size 1000 to 1200 sq feet.. Again, my 2 c nia..
