Like the chic n modernise design concept, however this place looks ideally for own stay than invest, with this kind of pigeon hole product, I'm pretty concern on rental yield especially within this area hmm.gif (at least for me) biggrin.gif

On feng shui wise, should be good I reckon, cause my business association friends "step step high rise" after they bought their terrace house in this area.. Seriously, they are doing bloody well biggrin.gif

Seems not many The Mark investor from LYF.. Perhaps maybe this project mostly cater for those who stay in the Cheras Hartamas, and Bukit Segar.. Btw, i think there is many cash rich residence in this area will interested to buy one for their next generation smile.gif
