Well at least the project was taken over and completed rather than left abandoned for many more years whereby buyers will be paying endless interest for their loan.

So are all buyers agreeable with the additional 10% payment? I assume its due to the inflation of material prices

I think 10% may not sufficient to cover the increase of material cost. I wonder whether the new developer sign any supplementary agreement to downgrade certsin specifications for cost savings.
