My last Iswara and others car that I ride don't have this sound so I consider it as not normal. After ON the engine can hear the sound continuously without the car running..

Try this - turn your key to ON (before start / ignition), but don't start your engine yet.

You should hear the sound coming from your rear seat, which will run for a few seconds then stop. If that is the sound you mean, then yes it is the fuel pump.

Easy solution - put a layer of insulflex over the fuel pump / under the rear seat (you'll see a round hatch in the middle, the fuel pump is under that hatch). By now you should be expert in removing and re-installing your rear seat rolleyes.gif It will not remove the sound entirely, but reduce it.

IINM, the fuel pump is especially noisy when it is new.

RE the pedal lock, I dunno how much, it has been in my family for many cars, it's like a family heirloom now brows.gif

Don't wanna crush my balls, rather die. My Dengkil magician said, take out the immobilizer cheap, stick it in the car somewhere laugh.gif, then change to aftermarket alarm set instead. After that, install GPS tracking system. Put a DIGI prepaid simcard, maintian 138/year to keep the card active since the GPS doesn't call often. Whenever needed, call the car to shut down engine laugh.gif When I ask how much to do that, he smiled and say nevermind lah doh.gif

Bro dares is talking abt sound when ON ignition switch. Fuel pump will activate 4a few secs 2pressurize EFI 2enable engine start.

Once engine is running, fuel pump will operate continuously 2provide constant pressure & supply of fuel. This sound is continuous...from same item... tongue.gif

Actually not a bad idea, instead of calling the customer service yourself, get the police to do it.

Problem is, like friendfinder, they can only track which cell tower your hp is currently logged at. And you must remember to keep that phone charged and make sure it has signal.

Your friend must be opting for Magnatrap which is highly unnecessary.

I wont say it would be less than RM150, but it will be around that figure, depending on they type of engine oil used. WHen they asked what oil you want to use, do not ever answer "normal" oil because for the SC, their normal oil refers to mineral grade oil.

That fella face problem la, summore brag his servis cost RM90++ oni. doh.gif

If you use their semi-syn oil,use Petronas Syntium 800 10w-40, should be around RM120....If you use full-syn, then of course more expensive.

Went in to claim the faulty horn switch, so the charges for filter and gasket plug is waived.
