Dunno is car prob or oil... When using Petronas 95 car tend not to pickup responsively, but this won't happen when using Shell 95. My mechanic said if using Shell the Spark Plug die faster... But, I'm in Kuching... not much choice, while in KL i surely go to Caltex!

I think quite worth la, just that it doesn't have seal on the opening. They actually repackage from the large quantity.

It's Shell Helix Ultra 5W40 FS.

Last time offer was RM149. Now ONLY RM139. So even cheaper... brows.gif
Chk Date of Mfr cos shelf life of EO = 5 years!!

Me used 2pour in Mobil 1 5W50 in ole Saga fr new till sold off. Really protects engine...minimal engine wear & tear with still great compression @time of sale ie 200k+Km later...!!

Now in early 2011 & earlier, BLM & FL were also supposed to be using 20W50 (same as ole Saga).
However, later User Manual amendment changed it to be 10W40.  whistling.gif

Now FLX supposedly recommended to use SAE30.... doh.gif

Frankly, really dunno what Proton is up to....flip flop?  sweat.gif  rclxub.gif

ok, let me explain more detail.

during cold start, white smoke come out is normal, that one is vapour.

my case, last saturday evening start car (car drive at morning adi),at 1st few minutes no white smoke. But after the temp bar reach higher, white smoke is out. i tried rev it to max, suprisingly no smoke at all. after let go pedal, white smoke again. Then i drive out for few KMs, normal driving, after stop, observe, this time no smoke adi even idle...very sohigh, and this sohigh thing happenned before even the car only clocked 23k KM...

Now only clocked 63k, piston ring so fast die meh? any comment?

still thinking to get it or not  tongue.gif
for paint u think how much will it be?
*
Dun touch the lock, the rubber is new, that's why hard to close, after one week it should be OK.

Adjust that lock will make ur car door miss-align. You should only touch it if the door is miss-align compare to ur car body (view from side way, the door look not close tight enuf or too deep into the cabin) after the door is closed.

Side note: Today went to touch and see the Preve, very attractive, my 1st thought suddenly is out: HOw about sell my Saga for Preve? sweat.gif Anyway, saw the shitty spot welding mentioned, i know they won't use such welding in mass pro car, but why they not build it perfectly even for show car? Rush? Rubbish reason if u ask me, and this really trash the image of Proton. See how much photos mentioned about this welding over the net. shakehead.gif

Proton = Root cause of Saga owners lower levels of Safety!! doh.gif
Btw if change to 15", wld springs & shocks bcome too soft for heavier rims/tyres?

So, more "investments" needed??
*
Actually should be OK la, if stick with 195/50/15 with correct offset. If mostly driver alone no need worry about that.

Anyway, no need too worry car safety due to tyre, of course it is important, but if you keep safety distance should be OK. I using 13" tyre only, somemore comfort tyre CC5, but adi feel good on wet.

Helps 2comfort me alot in meantime while saving $$$ b4 need 2change tyres...& hopefully rims later. tongue.gif
*
But Ducaro GA not really good la, because it harden quite fast. How many mileage for your tyre now? I only change to CC5 when hit 43k. That time my stock Silverstone M3 really 'unusable' during wet, skid everywhere in wet, even start from 1st gear also screeching on wet. sweat.gif

ducaro ga tahan lama lor..a budget tyre with greater mileage. but dun lumba2 with it.
i dun think there's anything to do with saving fuel...it is just a programme setting so that u drive the cvt with a traditional auto gear feel. the rpm drops for every gear changes.
*
Becos is hard tyre lo...i saw my friend clocked 70k+ with his Ducaro GA still have more or less same thread as my 40k+ M3 last time. sweat.gif

Good thread might good in clear water, but wet grip is quite poor, because too hard.

Consensus here re Ducaro GA is a "mileage" tyre or as Bro SiuYi put it..."ducaro ga tahan lama lor..a budget tyre with greater mileage. but dun lumba2 with it."

CC5 = Continental, rt? Got also for 14"?

Me once used Dunlop Super Sport for much earlier old ride. Was good in wet altho wears fast & got softer sidewall ie kena kerb oledi bengkak liao!
Kinda like PS3?

Got replacement for that line? For 14"?
*
Only 'Good Year' itself adi stand for 'damn GOOD tyre for many YEARs' la... tongue.gif

Dun worry, continental CC5 got wide range of size. It adi become stock tyre for Inspira and New Myvi since this tyre introduced 2010.

XM1 is comfort tyre still noisy ka? rclxub.gif

If i remember correctly, +Newbie+ is using XM2 on his ride. unsure.gif

For the door frame seal, I sampei umah dah lewat, can't find anything to cut the extras. The 1st strip I did was driver's side, carik carik talak gunteng, so I pakei nail clipper to cut the extra sad.gif after half an hour hardwork, finally cut off the extras. Masa tu dah tengah malam, out of tired and frustration, I tulan pull off the safety belt cover... Ish! Senang! shakehead.gif so, I only spend less than 10 minutes to bikin the rest of the 3 doors, no need cut anything, just use the seat belt cover to cover them all smile.gif
*
Lol, same as me last time, i insert extra inside the cover rather than cut it, becos cut it need alot of effort, at least for me... laugh.gif
