My ole Proton had NO probs for 20+ yrs!! ps. One pays min RM10k less than Proton's nearest rival. So small inconveniences are tolerable & acceptable...not that every Proton car has them! Then push in bit by bit onto door edge. Finally insert other cut end into plastic cover at other door side. IMPORTANT: Ensure the seal is pushed onto door edges so as to fit deep & well onto edges. Esp AT CORNERS/Curved parts!! Go slow, ok? NB. OEM seal might be a bit longer. Use other seal strips/ori as template to cut off & reshape end to fit.
