Got a call from MCT today on the bank panel for service apartment: only 2 bank panels, which is tiger bank n uxb.
Will like to get your opinion on which one is better: 1. high floor west facing balcony, can see sky bridge From top 2. Medium floor east facing, can't see skybridge from top |

No deadline, as they are yet to release all the bank panels. Facing east balcony can see putrajaya

willing to let go my Skypark (MCT) unit, single bedroom on high floor.

Got The Place, Cyberjaya. This one is tempting also. But now with the LTV70% on 3rd house/property applies, not sure if it's a good choice now.

Once LTV 70% kicks in, all lari. Find those without LTV70% la bro. (hint: commercial loan)
