Actually I don't think SP sales is that super good. I was told that there are still few SOFO studio units available, not to mention many unsold units for service apartments, maybe 30%?

Thanks Personally I think Cyberjaya is a great place for investment. I have worked here nearly for 5 years and seen so much of development. What you guys think of kelana jaya? I don't think the big shot developers like mah sing, mct n others want to develop property there if there is no potential. In the past there were not much accommodation in cyber tats why not many people stay there. It's the same case of retail where we see the same type of product being sold in the same row of shop lot. We see everybody crowding there for bargain. From Wat heared there is some RM 40 billion being invested in cyber in the next 5 years. |
