But the service residents is under residental..so can get 90% loan lor..those who do not have more than 2 loans of course..

Dear All,

I got a unit to let go in Skypark..its a single bedroom on very high floor (35 and above), facing the main attraction of the development (skypark).

Letting go for a small profit only, the price is still better that what developer is currently offering.

So let me know if you're interested. Have to be fast as must be done before sign S&P.

No one interested? I'll be releasing the unit back to developer next week if got no takers. There after it will be offered at a discount of RM 5000 only instead of the 10% (zero down) now.

Btw, Skypark has officially won the award for most iconic intergrated development....

5 years is ok la since the developer has DIBS..in fact it gives more time for cyberjaya to develop..

They have to built the basement carparks, shopping mall then only the apartments..5 years is acceptable..as long as there are no delays la..

I think a premium mall in cyberjaya will be perfect to cater to the klang valley crowd. JPO is doing quite well...

there were talks about a monorail station at skypark as well..

did u guys hear about this?

Heard MCT has started selling the strata office block, but only to the MCT bosses family and friends :-)

Should be release to public soon..

Is this a good buy?

btw, their lakefront project has also started selling to friends and family :-)

heard many units are being snapped up due to reasonable price (rm 400psf)...

units are around 1200sf..

Wow really good response..so anyone wants skypark now can only buy the remaining units of the service apartment right?

All the other building (office block & Hotel) and shopping mall is held buy the developer...
