With trx and merderka 118 open up soon cyber will be dead dead, big company got more option to choose thier office with msc status. Not to say that area dun even have much food choice, around cyber city center still got alot land to develop … more mrt tod new prop will build along mrt which closer to city center.

Bro. Seem u are quite familiar with this development.

Wanna ask is it true all the unit in this area the electricity rate is commercial lot?

Since its very close to MRT station considering to rent there the biggest unit.

But my wife keep giving plenty excuses why we shouldnt move there 😅😅

I can never brain why there are a lot of cars parked on the roadside. Parking inside not enough / too expensive / one bay per unit only ?

Similar size with previous lelong unit. 887sqft.

From 195K, sold at 226K.
Wow. Price drop so much.
Seems like a good catch?

Trx opened, maybe got ppl rent here and work at TRX...
but without food choice, stay in other station like kuchai lama / equine seem better choice and more convenient..
