Got a call from MCT today on the bank panel for service apartment: only 2 bank panels, which is tiger bank n uxb.
Will like to get your opinion on which one is better: 1. high floor west facing balcony, can see sky bridge From top 2. Medium floor east facing, can't see skybridge from top |

No deadline, as they are yet to release all the bank panels. Facing east balcony can see putrajaya

Dear All,
I am letting go my 2 bedrooms service apartmant unit, very high floor >30th, balcony facing west and can see the skybrige according to sa. Letting go with a small profit, where the price is better than what is being offered by developer, i.e 5k rebate. Have to be fast as need to transfer before s&p. PM me if interested. I think u need to take note on the freebies that developer offer to make sure that all are included in the separated agreement outside of spa. Spa is standard.
Please do also take note on 15 cent maintenance fee whether it includes sinking fund. What is the offer that u get from developer? |

Oh. really didn't realize that there is a satellite farm 1.5km away from skypark. Anyway, 1.5km is considered far right?
