Skypark as of 2 days ago taken by a fellow investor too. MCT still hasnt sign s&p with buyers or asked buyers to look for financiers. But skypark construction is already on the move.

bro, are you saying sofo or service apartment? 1 week ago, coincidently a colleague went to usj showroom for sofo. mct told him sold out. service apartment got a few units

yup. no way he can do like this. the moment he tries to transfer, the deal will be like the current one

nope but he didnt get 15% discount (mine unit was sofo duplex). he got rm5k discount.

lets just say that I had other choice in life at that moment of time that was too good to be passed.even with me pulling out from skypark, i am still confident that skypark can deliver
