5 years is ok la since the developer has DIBS..in fact it gives more time for cyberjaya to develop..

They have to built the basement carparks, shopping mall then only the apartments..5 years is acceptable..as long as there are no delays la..

Take it slow. Let's Cyber get developed better first. There are too many condos/SOHO/studios/etc to be VP in 2014-2016. Skypark only VP in mid-2017.

U r right bout the standard 36-mth completion period under Schl H. However, since this is a HUGE project, dev has applied n managed to get consent to extend the completion date. Dev can avoid the risk of having to pay LAD as well. Win-win situation.

FYI, many other big mixed-dev projects also extended their completion period from d normal 36-mth.

hi, i'm new to forum.lowyat, still learning how to share info here.

well, i'm going to skypark salesroom last few day. been told by SA only new 705sqf unit (Type A) was left. selling price was RM492,100. will enjoy 5% rebate with rm10k booking on the spot. Another 3% rebate if you sign loan aggreement within 2 weeks time.

Guys, do u think this is worth for investment? As what i read thru all the comments, some ppls did said rm5k discount and even 15% during new launched, and this time is only 5% rebate? unsure.gif

For own stay or invest purpose?
The distance same as Mah Seng Garden Plaza, both also 1km away LKW and the build up, price about the same

The setia eco glade is damn attractive! Link hse 26 x 95 selling at rm1.1m. semi d 41 x 95 selking at rm1.75m!
but too too too over budget!
