I'm interested with this 2 bedroom service apartment but so far the sales people said only can give 10% maximum.

From what I heard from the SA last is that they are only giving RM 5000 discount. So if u can get 10% then best to grab it.

anyone sign SPA? how is the term inside?

I signed mine 3 weeks back..just picked up my stamped duty paid duplicate copy.

I think u need to take note on the freebies that developer offer to make sure that all are included in the separated agreement outside of spa. Spa is standard.

Please do also take note on 15 cent maintenance fee whether it includes sinking fund.

from the cyberjaya map, skypark is located near to the tm satellite farm and measat..from the google map it is about 1.5km away from these satellites...checked from wikipedia, it is something like a radio tower...will this thing impact on human health??

How about those shops just beside? If they are dangerous then his satellite can't build just beside the shops... My view only..

the building nxt to it is limkokwing university...no shop nearby thr...

1.5kms is considered quite a distance away. There are buildings closer to the dish than Skypark.
I read from one thread mentioning about 200-300m away is "safe" zone. Can't recall which thread it is.

Oh. really didn't realize that there is a satellite farm 1.5km away from skypark. Anyway, 1.5km is considered far right?

i was informed by the sales agent that the service apartment is fall under the act of HDA 1966 and need about 5year times to complete...
but under the schedule H of the HDA 1966 act, the statutory timeline to complete the apartment is 36 calendar months from the date of the s&p...can anyone pls giv some advices at here why it needs to take additional 2yrs to complete this project?..thanks
