from the cyberjaya map, skypark is located near to the tm satellite farm and measat..from the google map it is about 1.5km away from these satellites...checked from wikipedia, it is something like a radio tower...will this thing impact on human health??

the building nxt to it is limkokwing university...no shop nearby thr...

i was informed by the sales agent that the service apartment is fall under the act of HDA 1966 and need about 5year times to complete...
but under the schedule H of the HDA 1966 act, the statutory timeline to complete the apartment is 36 calendar months from the date of the s&p...can anyone pls giv some advices at here why it needs to take additional 2yrs to complete this project?..thanks

need some clarification here...i've been told that the developer will convert the title of the service apartment to residential title..is it true? i m jz wondering can it be realized when the building is actually build on the commercial land??
