I wasn't fine with wholemeal bread too, but for the sake of health, at the end I just put up with it and now if ask me to eat white bread, I find it doesn't taste as nice like wholemeal bread, it just needs a bit of time to adjust |

My current BMR (basal metabolic rate) is 2480 calories after adding in activity level. I want to reduce intake by 15% which brings the calories intake to 2107.
How does a 'typical malaysian' 2100 calories meal looks like? I never did calories counting before. |

How to you increase your metabolisme? My Weight is 100kg, Last time 120kg cut down 15kg then took very long time then till to 100kg.... Now my weight stuck at 100kg and will not drop. I already go exercise jogging/swimming but till now haven't show any sign of weight reduce. What did i do wrong?

Muscles mass contributes a lot to metabolism value. What did i do wrong? maybe you need to adjust your eating habit to increase your muscle mass, focus on fat loss but not weight loss, most of the people loss weight but they are actually lossing the water and muscle mass in the body but not fat, so at the end is very hard to see any improvement... |
