How to you increase your metabolisme? My Weight is 100kg, Last time 120kg cut down 15kg then took very long time then till to 100kg.... Now my weight stuck at 100kg and will not drop. I already go exercise jogging/swimming but till now haven't show any sign of weight reduce. What did i do wrong?

i/m quite confused with BMR. My BMR is 1774.2 meaning what? and how should i control my diet then? Advice please.. Thanks....

guys, i need some advice. Due to my weight last year is 120kg but now managed to reduced to 96 kg. Now still maintaining and dropping slowly. My one problem is due to the weight loss, my upper body is shabby and loose. How do i make my upper body more fit and less shabby. Currently my chest now is like women's breast and i really feel ashamed about it. Any exercise recommend to reduce my shame? Much appreciate if someone can help. Thanks.........
