guys.. i need your help!

currently bodyweight at 64.2kg with 18.4% bodyfat. Muscle 29.7kg with 165cm height

Now my routine is monday - upper body (back emphasis), wed - lower body and abs, thu - upper body (chest emphasis).

now I'm taking fat burner 30mins before workout. but now, it seems like im stucked at 17% bodyfat!

what should I do?
*
1. Ditch the fat burner.
2. Check your BMR & TDEE.
3. Count your calorie & macros. Eat at 10 - 15% calorie deficit. Eating less is the only way to lose fat.
4. Experienced bros will tell you that consider changing your routine. if you are doing 3x/week might as well do a full body routine.

Anyone take L-Carnitine? Does it work for you in burning fats? Which brand do you take, and any side effects?

I was young foolish no commitment with alot of money. I have tried all supplements (almost) for fast muscle gain fat loss. Nothing works better than consistency in gym and caloric deficit. And they are free.

Anyone tried the milk tea protein from myprotein before? Heard it tastes quite good, like chatime/tealive..
All I know is their protein to calorie % is the highest in the market (as far as I know)

anyone had anymal pak before

considering the 44pak tin is only $45, so 1 dollar a pak seems not too expensive

but that sure as hell are a lot of pills to swallow considering the recommended dose is 2 pak per day

Used to take it. And only 1 pack per day. Got too expensive so in the end ditched it for normal multis. Don't think there's any difference.

hi guys, I made a stupid mistake of buying a big bottle of ON gold standard 100% whey... I read online that it's "newbie friendly" whey, so I took it. Mana tau it disagrees with my stomach and causes gassy stomach (i have problem with gastritis, so I cant really drink alcohol/coffee).

Anyone have similar symptom? Any alternative suggestions or should I just stick to eggs? My lifestyle kinda stop me from eating enough protein so even after gym for 3 months I have zero/little muscle growth...

eh...what do you mean by big bottle of ON? i think stating the weight can help like 5lbs or 10lbs. if in tubs its 2lbs or 5lbs i think. ON is protein and not alcohol/coffee so not sure why you link gastritis with it? ur gassy stomach likely due to lactose intolerant? you can try isolates else just egg will do the trick also. in market they do sell albumin (egg white) in powder form if you lazy to eat those eggs or other non whey protein e.g soy or pea etc etc..

1) preposterous advertising with far-fetched feedback
2) No nutritional labelling online (i cant seem to find the "ingredients" list)
3) Promotional pictures with guys who most likely use PEDs behind the lockers without prior knowledge (this does not determine the legibility of a product but instead, it would give you a rough perspective of what their marketing strategy is)

If i recall Mesotropin once promoted one of their products that was said to help you pack on mass within a few weeks.  rolleyes.gif

There are far better local supplement brands that was mentioned before in this forum. Some of which are selling just pure whey for an affordable price. After all, protein is still protein. Whether you supplement or not it doesn't make a huge difference if your foundation is off. All the best

hi, could u suggest another local brand which only use pure whey please

As of now? None lol. Not being a non patriot here , but I don't usually trust local brands (though I've heard some are "ok"). Plus, I haven't been using whey supplements since I wrote that reply haha.
