any suggestion which whey protein is less or without lactose?

find whey isolates. they're formulated for lactose-intolerant people like you and me.

rule 1 isolates or impact isolates or optimum nutrition hydro whey or etc. i ll say again, please look at the ingredient list. from there you can see if it suite you or if that product only contains isolates... sometimes they said isolates but got blend inside.

isolates still have lactose but with much lesser concentration. so don't worry.

Are there any physical shops nearby Puchong/Subang/Sunway that sell Optimum Nutrition whey protein isolates at a cheaper price compared to GNC?

Great, thanks. I cannot believe ON price has increased by so much. I stopped taking them about 2-3 yrs ago but now am thinking to start back again and this is the only brand that I find easier to swallow. Have tried a few other brands but so hard to drink those.

early morning and after workout only I take supplement. To catch up the protein daily intake hehe

usually 1 scoop of whey is around 230 ml of water. But at gym i saw some people their protein drink is like more than 230 ml. Thats why i ask if most of the bodybuilder take more than 1 scoop per serving hehe

Protein is protein, your body doesn't differentiate where it came from

if you can cover the cost of buying protein shake, take that extra scoop (read your label how much protein per scoop)
