Maybe that fella is drinking dymatize or similar whey that is thick and sweet, so need more water to dilute it down haha..

1. Ditch the fat burner.
2. Check your BMR & TDEE.
3. Count your calorie & macros. Eat at 10 - 15% calorie deficit. Eating less is the only way to lose fat.
4. Experienced bros will tell you that consider changing your routine. if you are doing 3x/week might as well do a full body routine.
