hi. I bought Mesotropin Platinum Hydro Whey for my protein supplement. But every time after i drank it, my stomach bloated and diarrhea.

Any advice for me?

from the ingredient i check got lactose for ON gold standard whey. is it ok for me?

ok. now i understand. Lactase is to overcome the lactose. I thought they typo. Thanks ya

most of u guys only take 1 scoop as per direction or more after work out?

early morning and after workout only I take supplement. To catch up the protein daily intake hehe

usually 1 scoop of whey is around 230 ml of water. But at gym i saw some people their protein drink is like more than 230 ml. Thats why i ask if most of the bodybuilder take more than 1 scoop per serving hehe
