u ordered R1 ?

been taking R1 for a while. if u did some google its a good product since its ON branch family setup. i remember i did some googling last time and the fella compare R1 isolate with dymatize as well. Its just isolate and nothing else....so u still have to eat ur other food... i am taking the choc flavors... well without creamer and gum it doesn't taste as good as others.... i tried their natural isolate as well... milky taste.... not too bad at least for me but definitely not the best taste.

It doesn't matter when you take fish oil. Either spread out or all at one go. But don't take it with green tea at the same time.

Anyone bought from this seller and is it legit? I bought it on an impulse as it was RM 290.

I thought dymatize run out of stock cz of cleanliness issue of production line and they have limited stock to supply overseas?

That's why I'm still skeptical about the legitimacy of this product.

What I saw on Dymatize website is that they already have a different packaging.

Maybe old stock?
i have read that they will verify the product if you provide them with the LOT ID. I'll try that.

Taste: ✮ ✮ (Dont like the taste. Very thick. After 3-4 hours in room temperature a sour mouth taste is noticeable)
Sweetness: ✮ ✮ (Quite sweet)
Price: ✮ ✮ ✮ ✮ ✮ (Cheapest. Around RM 150 from 11Street/Lazada. But not sure whether genuine product)

2. Gaspari Real Mass 12lbs

Gain: 2kg

Taste: ✮ ✮ ✮ ✮ ✮ (Best taste from all the brand i bought so far)
Sweetness: ✮ (This product have higher Sodium which contribute to better taste. The sweetest product among the other brand tested so far. Mix enough water should be fine)
Price: ✮ ✮ ✮ ✮ (Cheap. Around RM 179 from Muscle Mania Club. Genuine product. Would have stick to this if they still got stock)

3. Dymatize Elite Mass 10lbs

Duration taken: 2 weeks
Gain: 0.8 kg
Effectiveness: ✮ ✮ ✮ ✮ (2x more protein than other 3 products in same serving size)
Taste: ✮ ✮ ✮ (Acceptable. Quite different taste from Dymatize Super Mass)
Sweetness: ✮ ✮ ✮ ✮ (Low sweet)
Price: ✮ ✮ ✮ (Around RM 225from Nutrition Pro.)

4. Ronnie Coleman King Mass 15lbs

Duration taken: Just started
Gain: --
Effectiveness: --
Taste: ✮ ✮ ✮ (Does not taste like weight gainer. More like choc drinks. Compare to the other 3, this one is quite thin when dilute with water. Less foam, and de-foam very fast)
Sweetness: ✮ ✮ ✮ ✮ ✮ (Hardly any sweetness. Like Milo kosong. But does not taste as good as Milo la)
Price: ✮ ✮ ✮ ✮ (Cheap. RM 183 from 11 Street after using coupon -RM 30 - Malaysia Nutrition)

All these supplements recommend for 2 servings per day. Technically i only take 0.5 servings per day, mix with full cream milk powder + 18g raw rolled oat. On paper this provide 730 kcal.

Other meal as usual (1,000 - 1,200 kcal). I do take 0.25 serving + full cream milk powder + 30g rolled oat on top of above mentioned as breakfast replacement though. (around 500 kcal)

My daily macro before workout should be around 1,500 - 1,700. From this intake, bodyweight has more or less maintain the same for past 15 years.

From the 0.5 serving supplements 730 kcal. I reckon that 200 kcal will burn away in swimming pool, and another 250 kcal in the 1hr gym session (daily). So the nett surplus i guess around 200 kcal (body might not absorb supplements fully, especially the raw rolled oat)

From these 200 kcal & 30g protein extra per day. 4.7kg over 5 months, with 0.5 servings, quite acceptable. Taking into consideration body fat @ 10.2%, waist line maintain the same, still can wear all the old pants in closet.

Funny fact, the weight gain more or less same with the extra protein daily intakes. (0.03kg x 150 days = 4.5kg)

What are you guys thoughts on Ultimate Nutrition Prostar Whey? I take Dymatize and ON but I find their price getting higher every time. Also this Prostar has around 24gm of protein per scoop and relatively inexpensive compared to both. Does anyone take Prostar whey?

Me. Underrated. Price per protein serving is very good. More value for money when u get the 10lbs packaging. Thry dun taste very good compared to gaspari due to lower sugar. Mix with milk if u r into taste.

I have looked into the profile. It looks good at 80 servings for RM 175, 25g protein, 6g BCAA for serve. If MMC is selling 369 for 10 lbs ON, I might switch to this one.

If u arent too choosy with the taste then it's really good value for money. To me, mixed with water or milk the taste still sucks, though it might mean that the nutrients are purer instead of filled with flavours/ sugar.

Yes bought them online from UK. From what i've heard, order of <=Rm400 won't likely to face problems. I bought 1 pack only at the time, so no issue.

Oh u're comparing the prices in MMC only, might be better off stick with ON for the little difference (though i know it might add up to be quite a difference given the qty over a year). If u're really keen to switch to UN, u know where to get better offer now

Let me tell u bro, anything shipped from UK sure tahan by kastam. Whether tax or not diff case. As long u buy below rm 400, u will be fine. But gotta factor in time to go kastam and clear yr item.
