Hi, I have been using Muscletech Nitrotech and recently bought one but noticed that the cover and seal has changed from the one I bought a few months ago. Am concern whether I have gotten a fake product....

I have attached a photo which you can see the comparison, on the left is the one which both cover and seal has "Muscletech" logo, batch number and expiry printed on the top part of the label.

On the right is the one I recently bought, cover has no logo, no seal, batch and expiry date at the bottom of the container. Top left picture is the shrink seal.

What do you think?

Hey Colins, one of the ways you can check authenticity of the product. You can actually download a QR code scanner on your smart phone. And scan the QR Code at the bottom of the MuscleTech Label. smile.gif

So to clarify, it is possible that a tub without an inner "freshness" seal is legit? If so, why some tubs of similar brands have them and some don't?

Hello there, if there's no inner seal inside the bottle, try check if it's stuck on the inner part of the cover, it could be caused by the tubs overturned and the powder pushing it towards the cover.

Hey guise,

am wondering if anyone has tried GAT Nitraflex before, and how does it fare?

reviews online are too polarizing and confusing, with some peeps saying that it worked very well for them while others claim that it was horrible, gave them heart palpitations etc.

or a supplement that helps boost testostrone, promotes weight loss and boosts workout energy? hmmm

It's marketed as a testosterone enhancer/booster, in other words, it's rubbish.

Hi, I`m currently taking ON hydrowhey.
My weight is 79KG. I wish to drop the weight until around 70KG.
I`m doing weight training on monday, wednesday, friday per week and i take whey protein on post-workout.
My question is did i need to take fat burner to boost the effect? and did i need to take whey protein on non-workout day?
Thank for the help smile.gif

Not necessary unless you are below 10% and want to shred that last bit for a photoshoot or competition. Then it could be of use after all other options are exhausted.

guys, some questions

i wanted to switch from my ON creatine mono powder to capsules, mainly because it taste bad when dissolved in water, taste like im drinking metal, and also hard to dissolve

so i found this on sale
http://musclemaniaclub.com/CS-CreatineAlka...r_name=creatine

i saw there's some buffering agent there, does it do anything ? i dont mind if it doesnt help but as long as it dont hinder the absorption of the creatine mono then its good

I'd describe myself as one of those people who haven't actively seen any strength gains from creatine, I've tried multiple brands but was never amazed.

I finally gave into the muscle-tech hype and decided to try Nitro-tech and immediately notice weekly progression in terms of strength. Could it be that a different type of creatine used in nitro-tech is giving me these gains? Surely, it can't be just because of the protein. Keeping in mind, I still have a tub full of creatine left (SAN) that I no longer take since I'm getting my dosage through Nitro.

I'm running out of Nitro-tech, and I'm considering either Dymatize Elite Whey, Combat Powder or another tub of Nitro.

Do you guys have any suggestions or should I still stick to the standard economic protein? Thanks.

On an additional note, where can I buy wristwraps? The ones for bench-press because I'm experiencing recurring wrist-pain as my bench increase; can't seem to find them on any stores.

hi there... i have a question in my mind quite sometimes ago with regards of supplementary.

I am a skinny guy, weight around 55kg currently, tall 172cm. I started training 2 mths ago and everything is going fine.

Currently, I am taking Mass Gain post workout. While for my rest day, my trainer suggest me not to take supplementary and get REAL FOOD instead.

However, friend of mine share experience with me telling me that he took supplement almost everyday and sometimes twice a day. I have a mindset like why not take in Mass Gain during workout day, and Whey Protein on rest day. Is it necessary? I got no problem hitting my current diet plan which is around 2500 cal per day.

Besides that, I am having BSN True Mass with 700 calories per serving. I wonder + a bit afraid as i wish to switch to ON Serious Mass or BSN True Mass 1200. More calories and faster get result...

Oh ya, is the Serious Mass from ON taste awful? Read quite some from the google...

I used to take mass gainers during my skinny days. My advice is for u to take solid food after workout, then end with mass gainer shake (think of it as a dessert drink!). The problem with drinking mass gainer after workout (before solid meal) is the bloating sensation that can last for hours, thus u would then avoid solid food, which is not the point of supplementation.

However, friend of mine share experience with me telling me that he took supplement almost everyday and sometimes twice a day. I don't see why you can't take both everyday.

Again, please depend on solid meals for calories.
