hehe about 1 year + ago i am at your stats... now i'm close to 70kilos

no need about casein actually

for whey and weight gainer... if you can fit in your calorie trough solid food.... thn get whey to fill in the macros for your protein....

if you are having hard time to reach a calorie surplus even you trying sooo soooo hard... weight gainer might be your choice

4kg of muscle mass a week???

4kg of muscle mass a month itself would be realllllyyyyy hard to achive

and yeahh, we are short we got our advantage... a few kilos extra on us will make us look much bigger hehe...

i heard alot of people say once you go off creatine you will lose the water weight, hence look smaller in size, also might not be able to keep all the gains during creatine, is it true, i plan to invest on creatine as i realise the kastam isnt really that strict i can try import from overseas and its cheap

i dont know deep about it, i only know it retains water, and hydrates muscle so that it recovers faster..

but i had seen alot of people complaint about losing strength after went off creatine hmm.gif

just got my ON creatine with free BCAA sample from fitlion

started today and doing 5g everyday no loading no cycling

should i keep an eye on anything beside drinking more water?

started creatine like 1 week and just now i realise there is white, and yellowish jelly thing when i poo... could it caused by creatine or it is something else

i've read alot that creatine is totally safe but why is there this thing on my pooo... it could be caused by other thing????

the reason this forum dislikes weight/mass gainers is because the stuff in gainers are just plain bad.
if you've looked at the labels for gainers, its usually like 200g+carbs and only 50g+protein. thats a awful ratio.

plus the price for the servings makes it stupidly expensive.

@ItsWL : if you're interested in weight gainers, buy standard whey protein and make your own.
simply oatmeal/peanutbutter/banana/milk/whey can make alot healthier and caloric dense gainer.
be sure you know what your body needs though. too much and youll just get fat quickly.

i'm not surprise if people replace solid meals with weight gainer and claim that weight gainer is not gaining them weight, i've tried weight gainer once and never gonna use it again cause it fills and bloat my stomach i cant eat solid food sweat.gif

yea... actually i thought glove can reduce calluses last time when i first started working out... i bought it but it messed with my grip lol

maybe its because i'm short so my fingers also shorter, thats why very hard to grip with gloves on... its like working out using fat gripz
