no need about casein actually
for whey and weight gainer... if you can fit in your calorie trough solid food.... thn get whey to fill in the macros for your protein....
if you are having hard time to reach a calorie surplus even you trying sooo soooo hard... weight gainer might be your choice
4kg of muscle mass a week???
4kg of muscle mass a month itself would be realllllyyyyy hard to achive
and yeahh, we are short we got our advantage... a few kilos extra on us will make us look much bigger hehe...
