I'm not sure it really excel when come to cutting but i guess not too bad.

fat wise, i believe u guys noe it as well. avoid oily food? but sometimes too tempting, i still eat then sit at the corner feeling so regret. Thinking i'm wasting my time n money lol...

i alwiz find that first 2 weeks really difficult because alwiz hungry and the food taste awful. After u see some result, then u will stick to it..

I duno how to count calorie, carbs(g) and protein(g) i go by my feeling hehe..

I have a bottle of jack3d but it's finishing in another say 2-3 weeks. Should I continue getting pres or get an Xtend, if I'm not able to afford to stack both?

And ive always wanted to get Xtend, does it really help you recover while you're working out? Or is there any other purpose of it that I missed out? To put it short, how good is it?

I'm looking for a good casein protein for before bed,I was looking at ON 100% casein protein..The ON seems to have less fat,any feedback guys?

Dude, those are two different products.

If you do a lot of training in the morning or after work/school, I'd go with the jack3d, just to pick me up. But if you hate walking funny for half a week after leg day, get Xtend.

I know, that's why I asked which one is better value for my money since I can only afford one of them. Is the focus during gym more important, or is the recovery and BCAAs more important? Jack3d works great on me because I often feel lethargic before I go to gym after a whole day's class at college so it really gives me focus and I don't feel sleepy. Xtend is just something I've been thinking of trying but I don't know how good it is so I would like to get some feedback from Xtend users.

PERSONAL OPINION
I would go for xtend. Imo recovery is way more important. Growth does not happen in the gym. I have not tried any pre workouts yet other than amino energy which is sorta a combo between the two and my lifts has still been improving.

Maybe go for it if you're working out odd hours and/ or not getting enough sleep.

Ah I see, thanks smile.gif and I saw Xtend's description said it also helps with your training intensity etc? So is it in any way like jack3d? Because jack3d increases training intensity.

I didn't see any significant change to my training when on xtend.

Had a lot more endurance when using amino energy though. Was running like a friggin hamster on the treadmill after doing weights lol.

I only takes whey for the past three years of my training. But I see some ppl take xtend and whey, their progress is real fast =_=

The bigger question is, how is your overall nutrition and training regime compare to them? These play a much bigger role than supplements ever will.

Anyone who tried ON double rich choc before mind to comment on the taste? My 10 lbs bag tastes like very very plain milo like super diluted and chlorine-ish, it's really bad and worse than my NT. did I get a bad batch?

u havent taken ON whey b4? that's the taste i believe. pure whey doesnt taste as good as blend.

Hey guys, which is best fish oil for with reasonable price? I'm currently looking at ON fish oil. Price is quite ok but don't see anyone selling.

So you guys' ON also tasted very flavorless? Should I be worried? Because it's not just bad taste it's like there's a slightly bitter aftertaste lingering at the back of the tongue, sort of like chlorine or something.
