I only hv very limited carbs everyday, high protein diet.. + try to take out as much salt as possible and sugar..
fat wise, i believe u guys noe it as well. avoid oily food? but sometimes too tempting, i still eat then sit at the corner feeling so regret. Thinking i'm wasting my time n money lol...
i alwiz find that first 2 weeks really difficult because alwiz hungry and the food taste awful. After u see some result, then u will stick to it..
I duno how to count calorie, carbs(g) and protein(g) i go by my feeling hehe..
