I have a bottle of jack3d but it's finishing in another say 2-3 weeks. Should I continue getting pres or get an Xtend, if I'm not able to afford to stack both?

And ive always wanted to get Xtend, does it really help you recover while you're working out? Or is there any other purpose of it that I missed out? To put it short, how good is it?

Dude, those are two different products.

If you do a lot of training in the morning or after work/school, I'd go with the jack3d, just to pick me up. But if you hate walking funny for half a week after leg day, get Xtend.

Creatine is creatine.

Ego just happens to have the cheapest creatine you can buy locally.

Bought Jack3D, so far no effect on me.
*
How much are you taking and when?

I tried Jack3d once, and it didn't do anything for me until I took 3 scoops on an empty stomach 30 mins before training.

For pre- workout I highly recommend Juggernaut.  It works wonders

lol I don't take jack3d anymore.

I've been on Dymatize Xpand Xtreme Pump (long name, I know), and I really like how it has decent doses of everything you need and no crash.

The latter is especially important, so I'll stick to it for now.

I'm only taking the recommended, too afraid that it will screw up my system. I'll try 2 scoops and let you guys know the update smile.gif.

I usually workout right after I wake up, no food, just protein shake and jack3d for breakfast before i hit the gym.

That's your problem, right there.

Take pre-workout mixes on an empty stomach for best results.

Most people would recommend eating 2 hours before lifting, and taking your pre-workout of choice half an hour before training.

If you really have to train in the morning, try doing it without any food whatsoever or you could set your alarm earlier, grab a bite, then go back to bed.

Hi there, do you mean empty stomach as in no protein shakes as well? cause I've been taking it with only my protein shake. Thanks.
*
You want your stomach to look like the Sahara desert. No food, be it solid or liquid at all.

P.S. I'm exaggerating, if you're really starving, then pre-workout timing should be the least of your issues.

Stay safe, brah.

Why all the MuscleTech hate?

I don't use any MT supps, but they make good products these days. A bit pricey, but the new stuff seems pretty good.

I'm on a stim break atm, but if a pre-w/o tastes bad, I find it helpful to just mix it in very little water and taking it like a shot.
