The bigger question is, how is your overall nutrition and training regime compare to them? These play a much bigger role than supplements ever will.

ramadhan is generally a very tough time on the body going long periods without food. as such, most people who fast take this oppertunity to fall into a cutting cycle.

creatine therefore is not recommended as it would require you to drink lots of water *throughout* the day and have a steady supply of carbs to work well.

Try it both and compare for yourself. Which ever you feel suites our personal preference in terms of taste, mixability,price and availability; pick that one. Generally speaking, the effects of both protein powders would be mostly similar.

500G of creatine lasts me a good period of time. EGO creatine at RM54 is still the best choice for me.
