i confirmed is not the joint, is the bottom muscle near to the elbow pain. I guess i go too intense on past week, same day have workout and night go play badminton with heavy + wrong method of smashes.

hmm... i still like workout and badmintons, need to be extra careful when doing both exercises.

I used to play badminton for the state. Then I stopped playing for a year plus when I went for my studies. I discovered weight lifting and stopped badminton all together lol. Quite common to have elbow pain from badminton from wrong method of hitting strokes. You use your wrist not your arm to hit the shuttles. Let it rest.
It's called tennis elbow.

Guys, how to get lean body muscles which are not to bulk? Is it the same way that has been posted by many forumers here. By the thread of Progress Picture, i see a lot of guys there are getting steady big body with big muscle. But, i think i only need something smaller. Is there any recommendation for workout adn diet routine?

My info :

Height : 174cm
Weight : 62kg
Body type : i would say skinny fat la.

Example of what I want :

gain ur weight 1st then only cut.. 62kg is too thin man with that height... now im 68kg height around 176cm... but i still feel not enuf for my upper chest.. and if take protein shake u will have bloated stomach .. very ugly ..

at least 75kg and then cut till 73kg ... it would be nice .. determination and suffer the pain.

one gets tennis elbow, mostly due to overuse; not warming up, and wear/tear; very small group gets it due to wrong method. those who are prone to get it are racket players (badminton, tennis, golf, etc).

I have seen, many gets it, when they start to use wrist play.

start the strengthening exercise as well. you may google for general recovery exercise for tennis elbow, or tyler twist.

all the best.

i think i understand the process wrongly. before this when i try to bulk, i avoid going to gym. taking tons of food without going to gym, hoping that my body will become bigger/fatter. then what i notice is that only my stomach become bigger(bloated), and its so ugly.

I just dont know the right thing to do. The routine.

Although this isn't related to bodybuilding, smashing isn't always about strength. With proper strokes, you can maximise impact without putting much effort. It's hard to undo something you've become accustomed to. But it's the best way to go forward lol.

David Beckham, ard 183cm and 170lbs (77kg). And you do know he is an athlete which see he is around 10% fat. I wouldn't call him small. Period.

Just do what they do until you feel you reach your target.

If by these guys you mean Darklight and Mikehuan, they took years of dedication to get to where they are. It ain't as easy as drinking some protein shakes and mass gainers and poof! One morning you wake up and look in the mirror - Arnold staring back at ya...

I get that from chronic masturbation cos I never warmed up properly. I suggest lots of fish oil. Or if you must a joint care supplement.

Just eat and train consistently. You will not blow up overnight and suddenly get "too big".

I'm not saying he is small nor i want to be exactly like him, my height already fix at 174cm. I'm also an athlete, although not as active/tough as him. Maybe i can try to be shorter version of him?

I know, it is not that easy to gain those muscles, especially the bulky one like DL, Mike and others. I am searching for the best way to get a decent body, so i give Beckham as the example of what i want. At least u guys can give me some advice. The purpose of my question is to know, whether the training routine and diet plan for people who want big bulky muscles and people who just need fit average muscle body(like Beckham) is different. Because i know other than lifting, Beck do a lot of cardio.

Normally, if you're the skinny body type, you might want to consider adding some amount of muscles first by increasing carb n protein intake by certain amount..try 6 meals per day..small portion but constant feed so that easier to gain muscle not fat..important if you wanted to avoid big tummy..

Try doing basic bodyweight exercises.. 3 times per week.. 1 hour per session..google out the types of BW exercises..

About cardio, I guess u should just skip that since an intense bodyweight exercise can also burn some fats too..

Do some more research on muscle gaining process n cutting process..easier for u to understand ur goals n how to achieve it..
