According to sales office, launching (forgot to check if soft-launch or official launch) should be the end of this month ..

Blur today, traveled directly was thinking to take a look the show room and actual site, but can't found anything.. then called office, the above was what I being told

In fact, not everybody. And TS was not the only one, and it was reasons ...
If I remembered correctly, many of them bought at more than RM200 psf. And, upon VP it was first sold at RM340 - RM350 psf.

The price was then shot up because of everywhere shot up (timing), and also by "some news" in the area back then.

Back then, it was few times (say, count by number of pages) more listing than other high-rises, you've to hunt for it... But those cheapest one, they normally have more or less down side. Back then, it was like simply shoot also make some profits.

RR is a good project, everything should be alright.
