hey guys, any big difference if i use wireless and LAN in terms of speed?

LAN stability way higher then wireless. Anything wired is more stable then wireless. flex.gif

My Unifi installation tomorrow... but Streamyx still works even though I asked for it to be terminated? Is this normal and how soon after installation can I be able to use Unifi?

Won't recognize as in you cannot see the SSID? Or simply cannot connect?

For 5-storey flat, I believe they will pull fibre cable straight to your house instead of using VDSL (phone line).

If you do not have a TV, then just leave that aside. They will install and ensure the Internet & VoIP phone works.

But get ready extension cord enough for the BTU, router & DECT phone.

Hi all, I have just applied for an upgrade from VIP5 to VIP20. Do I need to reconnect to the WAN side for this to take into effect?

my home doesn't have port for the phone cable.is that mean I can't install unifi?

How do your neighbours get fixed phone services then?
Is your apartment covered by Unifi?
