guys, need your help here.. i wanted to BT from my CC
but the thing who should i contact... and if i do BT, my CC can continue to use cause the amount had taken off to BT right?
*
Balance transfer means used one credit card to pay for another credit card. so you call one bank credit card department to pay another bank credit card. shakehead.gif

you still can use your cc because maximum bt is only taken off 80% of your cl.

Do we need to attach the CC statement with PBB Balance Transfer form ? From the application form, it didn't require it.
*
BT to PBB, doesn't require CC statement.

with 6k cl, you only can bt 4.8k, so you still can use 1.2k.

My understanding is anything between the min amount and 80% of your available CL.
But one would not over pay the cc too much to cause extra credit in the BT-from cc.

Anyone have experienced before delayed PBB's BT installment charge? As my case, I was charge on 14th on each month, but up to now not reflected in unbilled statement this month!! Will I be charged with interest if PBB don't bill me the BT installment during statement date? blush.gif icon_question.gif

Guys, I am considering BT from MBB to: (i) BSN (ii) PBB
My plan is to opt for 9-12 months plan. However, based on my estimation, I might be able to pay off in month 3 or 4.

Therefore, I'm considering the early termination clause... which I do not understand very well.

BSN
In the event of early termination of the BT Program, the whole balance of the instalment amount which includes the outstanding principal and interest/facility fees will be charged to the Cardholder’s account.

0.3%/month

PBB
Early Settlement Fee of RM100 will be charged if the Cardmember terminates or discontinues the programme by making full payment for the Approved Balance or such outstanding thereof prior to the expiry date of the credit scheme duration.

2% up front interest

---

For my exit plan, I think PBB offer better settlement than BSN? Am I correct?

Why don't you just go with PBB 6 months 0% plan?

And settle it in 6 months rather than settle early... so no need pay early settlement fee.
Also, I doubt you need to pay early settlement if you just pay the money to you card account so your card balance is +balance.
