Graduate position. It took me around 1 month (starting from the day I submitted my application) to get my phone interview appointment.

Dear All,
Anyone from EPC industry? I searched from google, wikipedia regarding EPC and already have a brief understanding in my mind. However, I would appreciate a lot if there is any explanation regarding EPC from those experienced one. And also, what questions can I expect from the interviewers since they mentioned that they are looking for candidates who have strong understanding in EPC industry. They are dealing with plant business.
Thank you very much for all the replies! smile.gif

Yup, 52 wells there. But i'm not sure which one is drilling/ production wells. But there is another satellite platform (ANDP-B), with additional 32 production wells

Since the structure is different, you have to include offshore allowance too. Just for your reference, a fresh grad engineer in SLB gets RM3,500 basic and RM200/day offshore allowance.

You need to check how extensive you need to travel to offshore and the allocation provided. Kinda hard for me to guess, but for your case, I think RM6000 all-in is a fair amount.

Remember to ask about EPF, insurance, medical coverage and all.

This is actually very far from the truth....,the basic for fresh grad over here is higher than 5K(basic only),and offshore allowance ranging from zero(if you haven't break out from trainee to field engineer) to 500/day(after you break out) depending on segment.Fresh grad FE after b/o should be getting a salary around 7k...,but your figure is quite spot on for a field specialist though which only have diploma.
