When Sky just VP time in July actually really empty look - just grey grey with nothing. But now they have improvement as all blocks main lobby also equipped with some cozy sofa, so u can wait for your friends and discussion with your contractor here. So now it is more cosy and comfortable. The main lobby in Blk E is level P1, if Block CD is level G smile.gif

Maybe because all sizes started at least from 1100sf, so the total price looks higher, but this freehold averagely only around 550-650psf is still consider reasonable lah.

The very fact that your "lobby"/ drop-off needs to go through the car park is ridiculous. Not saying Sky is without selling points, there are really some good selling points which I like, but I just cannot fathom, why many decisions/design flaws made, probably to save cost, for such good property at this very prime location.

Other than the tile in bedroom, i realize toilet tiles is slightly different too. Block C & E toilet more like premium feel. Any other different between these blocks and block A?

Yup no doubt this is real Puchong jaya location.(prime location) The price is high due to big square feet for the unit.if Calculate based on per sqf. Price not bad la...

That area not much new condo... Puchong south is between 400-500psf

Ya, agree Puchong Jaya no much land for new condo

If Puchong South (eg. Puchong Utama/ Bkt Puchong around 450-600psf)

If Bkt Jalil which 10 mins away around 650-800psf

If Sunway and Kelana Jaya that's nearby about 800-1000psf

Sky Condominium is under TIME Coverage area rclxms.gif

Saw the banner near management office showing sign up with RM99 and double check in their website also found Sky Condominium in the map

Yes and they only entertain those “potential” buyers. I visited once and they leave me alone after another buyer come over. Damn unprofessional. End up I purchased another project. Now they keep msg me with extra discount.

where have you purchased in the end? i went viewing for few times as i really like the place but not sure if it is worth it to pay at this price for Puchong
