Agree with you on those points, no high class biz centers or big malls. Better look to Bkt Jalil or BK for high rise.

Of late, seems the traffic getting worse. The stretch of Sunway exit to Bkt Jalil also very congested, as well as the opposite direction stretch from Giant BK to the Sky. Many lanes merging there.

Like you said, location not consider very good but the accessibility is a bit troublesome and the design of the entire project when it was at almost RM 700 psf 5-6 years back then.

Only view is incredible as lowest floor unit can see the entire Puchong.

Bk =bandar Kinrara for high rise ? What does bk offers ? Nothing I suppose ?, landed yes . No more place to buy in Klang valley except Bk , legasi etc … high rise in bk ? Any plus point ?

I was considering relative comparison with Puchong since we were on the topic of looking elsewhere, vs nearby areas, but you're right that BK is not that attractive as well for high rise, but at least it seems to be a transit point to nearby better equiped areas like KL.

Some people would go for just that, the view.
How near is its edge to the slope though?
