It is now almost complete as will get key end of June and the actual unit showroom can be arrange to view, quite a nice project for ownstay as the size is bigger, most important can have a nice Puchong Skyline view as it is high up the hill.

And in 5 years time 1500sf in market shud be like limited edition, so price should be appreciate and freehold no worries on depreciate and counting the remaining years, lol

If 2k rental in current market, 2000 x12 months x5 years = RM 120,000 rental paid for the house owner and sendiri own nothing, so still see each people preference, no right or wrong de

The more common size are 1173sf, 1334sf, to 1561sf; then got 1400sf and 1600sf in certain blocks.

If flooring in room for Block A and Block B is all tiles rather than laminated flooring in Block CDE and it is nearer to the guard entrance too. Some of my client feel the view facing inwards are nicer from block A as Block E some low floor level view block by the clubhouse rooftop.

IOI have good holding power, see Le Cruise already built till very high but still not launch yet; and Sky is signature project in Puchong, don't think developer will slash price so much.
By the way, standard units rebate is 12% & can up to 15.5% only (if face west, 3A/13A units or floor). Those say 20% probably is add-on "Buy now pay later" scheme of 3-8%, but this percentage not really free for you lah, you still need to gradually pay or 1 lump sum pay full at your fifth year by the way. Can ask me more or arrange viewing at site if wanted |
