Plaster Ceiling is same - living hall with light trough, bedrooms with plaster ceiling.
Walk distance to facility is quite similar for Block ABC as all will be access through the staircase that walk pass the BBQ pit. If want nearer to Clubhouse then may choose Blk E or D, but E only left on bigger size 1561sf layout now.
One of my client said Block A have better facility view than Block E, as they personally feel that Block A can see the whole Clubhouse from the front (and also have more unit number to choose from)
This is so far my selling experience and viewing experience in Sky Condominium
By the way, 1173sf and 1334sf price in C&E had increased since 3rd Sep 2018, so price in Blk A is lower now.
