Seems quite good the place.. Today went n visit.. The over all development looks veey very spacious.. The walk way.. The road area... Very open... Everything on outside seems good.. Just dunno wats the drawback to this area |

The more common size are 1173sf, 1334sf, to 1561sf; then got 1400sf and 1600sf in certain blocks.
