Ya, yesterday night come back from Federal, all its Carpark levels on its light, macam bling bling crown welcomed at the entrance of LDP Puchong. Previously passby toll always get attracted by that DK Latour building, as very eyes catchy, now upcoming next maybe this Sky Condo

Cantek la... Low density based on per block... Too bad its psf price is higher for 1100sf..ard 670 compare to 550 for larger units

Actaully i wait the price to drop... buy until ow the price for sky condo increase.. maybe ioi developer financially very strong. It still got 1 block not yet launch. And it estimate to be more expensive..

Any one bought unit here?
Seems quite good the place.. Today went n visit.. The over all development looks veey very spacious.. The walk way.. The road area... Very open...
Everything on outside seems good.. Just dunno wats the drawback to this area

Saw this Geotechnics cert from IOI Gallery that the slope has done strengthening work and it can achieve long term factor of safety on slope stability which is higher than the safety level required in Hong Kong Geotechnics standard, so should be ok.

The more common size are 1173sf, 1334sf, to 1561sf; then got 1400sf and 1600sf in certain blocks.

Price from 750k nett

i visited too. very nice. good for own stay. but entry price is a bit high ....loan commitment per month for 1100 sq ft around RM3700 + Maintenace RM300 = RM4K .

Cant rmbr the entry price, but generally about 800k ++ for higher floor units.
700k range (upper 700) is lower floor units.
Each floor incremental of RM3k if i remember correctly.
The block i look at is block C, facing north and south and will be slightly more expensive.
Maintenance is abt rm350 for the smallest unit 1173sqft @rm0.30/sqft.

There are 5 blocks, Block AB is yet to complete around by early next year while Block CDE is already VP and just get key from July 2018 onwards.

Package cannot disclosed that much but is more than 10% rebate, so no need down payment and free legal fees.
