anther wurry is how good will be the resale value?
buy for 880K? can sell for 1mil??
no one wants to stay in condo for lifetime. i probably will be in klang valley for another 5y or so. then got to move on. then i need to sell this property..
rental definitely going to be in negative cash flow, no one will rent for 4k.
only this is my wurry rite now.

if get a convincing ans, i go book tomoro.. hahaha

For own stay , really good, holiday feel. If u can afford it, just go for it.
Price wise not really expensive, u save the interest to serve loan also. As it will be vped soon.

Location superb, view superb, build material superb , but need to get additional 30k-50k for renovation.. As ioi is stingy to give the semi furniture ...

Then u have to find a location with good rental yield also le. This project will appreciate or not , we also can't foreseen..

But I sure that, for investment (rental), this price sure gg.

I suggest to buy as I expect u buy it for own stay and won't sell in near future...

But , logically 5 yrs time , sell 1million, no problem la. Baru appreciate 3% per year which is lower than fd XD

And in 5 years time 1500sf in market shud be like limited edition, so price should be appreciate and freehold no worries on depreciate and counting the remaining years, lol

Agree, there got few rows of fans and lighting shops from fancy to basic types, last time i bought a standard fans just RM85, very good price, but after survey and walk the whole row of shops lah, hehe

If 2k rental in current market, 2000 x12 months x5 years = RM 120,000 rental paid for the house owner and sendiri own nothing, so still see each people preference, no right or wrong de

For own stay is ok, but for investment and to rent out...it will definitely be a grade D or E
go for the smallest unit, bleed less, bigger one sure KO

i bought the smallest unit.
DO NOT go for the biggest unit as you will most likely not be able to sell it later on at a profit.
Having said that, you can give it a go if for own stay and dont mind staying there for the next 15 years
