If 850k divide 1500sf, its around RM560 per square feet. It is in Puchong Jaya and freehold, the pricing sounds better than most projects surround it that's RM650-900 per square feet and the size mostly max around 1200sf

Agree, there got few rows of fans and lighting shops from fancy to basic types, last time i bought a standard fans just RM85, very good price, but after survey and walk the whole row of shops lah, hehe

Saw this Geotechnics cert from IOI Gallery that the slope has done strengthening work and it can achieve long term factor of safety on slope stability which is higher than the safety level required in Hong Kong Geotechnics standard, so should be ok.

aiyoh, ada lelong lagi~

by the way, view no block, this facing got KLCC view too, but this low floor will very visible the covered sewerage station just opposite it and nearer to bukit jalil highway and LRT rail, but the price cannot hiam lah, if investment shud be ok, but ownstay think thrice lah.
