Yeah any news on this? Looks like quite a good choice for own stayers no? Decent pricing as well.

I have to agree. Plus it's actually quite high up. I highly doubt the view would change much even if new buildings pop up.

From the prices I got, it's around 530psf pricing after rebates.

It is now almost complete as will get key end of June and the actual unit showroom can be arrange to view, quite a nice project for ownstay as the size is bigger, most important can have a nice Puchong Skyline view as it is high up the hill.

Yes its well built with reasonable pricing.. One of the best own stay development... Wide recreation space.... I like it

After survey on so many properties, I think those ioi, mashing,ytl property , the quality is dropping. According to the complain case from forum

As I can see now, promising developer are exsim and kerjaya prospek.. with those price better buy exsim and kerjaya prospek's project.

I also surprised that ioi did so well for this project....such big acres for 1100-1200units 5 blocks... Thumbs up.
About 670psf...good buy for long term stay

Hopefully Kerjaya Prospek quality will not drop as they are having a lot of big project on hand.. i believe it is also
much related to price, developer quality, and the market you are serving.

Kerjaya Prospek is the one who build a lot for E&O right ?

Yup. E&O maincon, nowadays need to depends on developer reputation . Becoz we can only see the product , after a few years...... wrong decision will make a big impact to us.

Btw , this ioi project is good for own stay, at least now can see the real unit. No risk. Better than buy other ioi project which is 50 50, we won't know whether we will get skypod quality or the skyz quality

Nice for a holiday home/ airbnb since its on the hilltop and have great facilities. Pricing more suited to own stay since rentals probably stagnant for first few years.
