I saw the price is RM 942 k +++ or RM 924 k +++, forgot which price for mid floor, 1,334 sf (last block - last block should be block E)... in term of psf, is consider cheap at puchong area especially at puchong jaya...

I echo this. Subpar workmanship quality. Not only that, after handover, the JMB will suffer. Several Property Management companies who had previously been engaged by JMB of those properties developed by IOI said the same thing...headache after handover from IOI.

Hi guys, I just realized my SAP agreement Fourth Schedule (Building Description) is completely blank...anyone has the same problem as me? According to clause 13, there should be a description set out...=(

After visit the actual unit show room and the club house. The feel is so good..

The Skyz is located at the highest point and probably the best located condo in Puchong. The unobstructed view is majestic due to the highest point. Massive facilities deck.

If you are looking for own stay in Puchong, the Skyz is one of the best there.

I have book one unit...

I bring 10 friends to visit the actual unit and the club house... all ten friends review is very positive..

Before i saw the actual unit.. i was very negative about this project.. very high price and layout plan is bad..

But when go to the actual finish unit.... wah!!! feel so good..
You pay what u get...

at 5xx psf, i dont think the price is realistic for puchong and facing the main road

1000 units split into 5 blocks. I would not say it is a lot. The land area quite big, 23 acres. The way they position the blocks are not bad, there are only 2 blocks that are facing each other, and the distance is quite far. In terms of privacy, there should be no problem.

Downside is the price is quite steep. With the price for 1300sqf going around 1mil, I would have bought the landed 3 storey terraced house that is directly opposite this condo in jalan kasawari.
